The location of the hotel is convenient for those who want to explore the city and have easy access to the Mall of Asia. The hotel is just a short distance away from the mall, making it a great choice for shopping and entertainment. the hotel offers a variety of facilities such as a restaurant serving great buffets for lunch and dinner and a decent breakfast included in the stay.

The noise from the staff, especially at night, can be a disturbance during the stay.

The room was small. The location was bad.

The staff was very nice, pleaseful and helpful. There was a security guard there to open the door and cared about me so I felt safe. The room was always well cleaned everyday during my week of stay. There was a fridge in my room which was practical and a working aircon. Located in monumento, the hotel is close to the lrt 1 which could easily bring me to Malate, Ocean Park, Luneta Park and Mall Of Asia. Easy to get back to Monumento in taxi late at night when the lrt is not working anymore.

The door locker which is too easy to lockpick or break, anyway the room's door doesn't really provide safety, the 24h security guard at the main entrance and the people at the lobby are the true doors to protect the guests from the bad guys. The wifi internet connection there is bad, not because of the bandwidth but because of their wifi security system which sucks and made me disconnect all the time.

Good amenities and comfortable rooms. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center and has plenty of dining options nearby. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Our stay was ruined by a constant sewage smell that made it hard to relax. Despite reporting the smell to the staff, they did not take any action to remedy the issue.

Location is good for transportation although It's a country side and there is a lot of malls here with restaurants as the one I hate which is the jolibee

I can't say except the Philippine dishes which I can't eat and some one ( person ) Without saying names

This hotel serves always a Philippine dishes with no choice, there are no any type of facility or entertainment, it is exactly for short stay and not for tourist as there is no Bar just grab your beer and smoke outside also, the front place of the hotel there is too many Tricycles you have to take care and Jeepney terminal. You can't stay at the hotel more than 1 day doing nothing u will be bored, u have to go out. This is because it has an affordable price

Centrally located and very accessable to where I had an appointment.

Staff all friendly, knowledgeable and cooperative breakfast and lunch menu was adequate and nicely cooked and tasty.

Room was very small with no natural lighting, tv was tiny screen, often blurred picture, cable was off for some of the time, the non electronic door locks are a relic from bygone ages. When you book online it should show the type of room you are selecting as its unclear. I was expecting it would be more like the pasay kabayan which is far better. The booking agent did not accept my credit card online even though I used it the same time to book another hotel in manila successfully.

The Hotel staff and their servivce was excellent. Very cheerful.

Too far from most most city attractions and in a very uncomfortable location. Not for elders and Honeymooners or even families.

I guess I had decent water pressure in the shower. The staff seems nice and is very apologetic regarding the numerous shortcomings. But that only goes so far these days...

Ants in two of the three rooms I stayed in. The Internet worked one day of the seven in which I stayed there. No refridgerators in the rooms.

- The displeaseful inneficient girl with a lot of make-up and dressed in black who works at the front desk and asked every mornings my girlfriend for her room number like she was a prostitute - I had to change my room because there was water from the toilets going in the hotel corridor - After 3 weeks of stay in that hotel, I felt like kicked out from it in the last hours because it was checkout time...by the same stupid girl !
